Price Sierakowski was founded in 1999 by Paul Price and Adam Sierakowski.
Paul has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters and has advised national and international clients on capital raising and structuring issues including Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance and governance issues.
Paul's clients span numerous industry sectors, including resources and energy, manufacturing, professional services, industrial and technology.
Paul has served as a director of a number of ASX listed companies and is a co-founder of corporate advisory firm Trident Capital. Paul is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, AMPLA (the Resources and Energy Law Association) and the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies.
Paul graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1984 with a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws, and also completed a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Western Australia in 1994.
Adam has over 15 years experience in legal practice, much of which he has spent advising on a range of transactions to a variety of large private and listed public entities. He has advised and guided many companies undertaking fundraising activities in Australia and seeking to list on the ASX.
In addition, Adam has vast experience in restructuring entities and mergers and acquisitions both domestically and overseas and has played a key role in the recapitalisation of many ASX listed shells. During the past three years he has also served as a director of numerous ASX listed companies and is the co-founder of Perth based corporate advisory firm Trident Capital.
Adam is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies.
Simon was admitted to practice in 1994 and joined Price Sierakowski in 2000. Simon has been a director of Price Sierakowski since 2005 and has experience in a broad range of corporate transactions including takeovers, mergers and capital raisings both in Australia and overseas. He has extensive experience in a range of industries including the resource, energy and telecommunications sectors. He has acted for Australian and internationally listed companies as well as for a number of large private enterprises. Simon has held directorships in both ASX listed and client owned private companies. He is a member of AMPLA and the Petroleum Club of WA.
Simon has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia.
Admitted to practice in 1999, Frank has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (including back door listings, takeovers, schemes of arrangement or trade sale), capital raisings, corporate reconstructions, IPO’s, mining and resources (including project acquisition, joint ventures and farm in arrangements), general corporate and strategic advice and Corporations Act and Listing Rule compliance and governance advice.
Frank has completed a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment.
Raffaele has over 10 years experience in commercial and corporate litigation including advising and acting for clients in matters involving corporations law, banking and financial services litigation, complex debt recovery, contract and property disputes, restraint of trade disputes and trade practices law. Raffaele has also acted for insolvency practitioners, creditors and directors in relation to matters arising out of liquidations and voluntary administrations.
Raffaele was admitted as a practitioner in the Supreme Court of WA and the High Court of Australia in 1999. He has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Accounting). He is a member of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Credit Management.
